Do you think its fair for a mother to set a specific bedtime during the summer?

In your opinion, is it fair for a mom to set a bedtime of 12:00 during the summer when the child has absolutely nothing, no sports, no events to get up for, nothing and is almost 13 years old? The child also has straight A's in school. And by child, yes I am refferring to myself. My mom MAKES me go to bed at midnight. In her opinion thats late. I don't disturb her, I get good grades, I'm almost 13, and its summer and I have nothing the next day. Is that FAIR? :/
