How to dance and what to wearat a quince ?

ive never really been to a friends party. So my friend invited me to her quince which is on Sunday so what do I wear ( where do I find it) ?!!? & how am I supposed to dance cuss I know she and her friends are gonna be grinding so what do I do ? .
