What makeup should i wear with this?

Ok, it looks like a black and white floral filigree? So I say depending on your eye color, do some top and bottom liner, and then the typical dark/smokey shadow on the lower part of your eye lid. Then use another eye shadow color specific to your eye (green-purples, blue-silver, brown-greens and others..). Go with a simple pale pink blush, and go with a 'medium tone' (not pale, not super bright) colored lip gloss. As for hair, curls or waves is my opinion!
