Why is this guy calling me sweety, now?

Guys who call other people "sweety" are usually gay. I think that could be the case here. Does he know you're interested in women? Maybe he knows from someone else and is just looking for a friend. Either way, he sounds like a bad person to be around. I would suggest you stop texting him and hopefully he'll get the hint!
