Why do I feel so crappy?
You should make it a point to get to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. Don't sleep too late or for too long. Don't eat after 7 or 8 o clock, don't watch tv go on the computer or listen to too much music for two hours before going to bed. Even if you're not hungry, EAT something, esp. something healthy for all of your meals in order for you body to FUNCTION. Try to exercise, you don't have to go to the gym to do that, just go on youtube and find some short exercise vids. While in bed, try calming your mind by not thinking too much, close your eyes while you're at it, and you'll find yourself sleeping more easily. If the problem persists, Please see a doctor. It could be sleep apnea, insomnia, but I think it has to do with your diet. You may not have enough iron and maybe you're anemic.
