My daughters teething,?

Shes 4 months and her teeth are starting to poke through, she has been cranky for the past couple days which i expected but now shes been sleeping a lot today. is that normal, or should i be concerned. She didnt take naps yesterday and didnt fall asleep till about midnight last night, her usual bedtime is 8. is she just catching up on sleep?
