WHICH IS A GOOD PRE PAID PHONE.?

Okay well im turning 15 in like 2 months, and since im not going to have a quince my parents decided to get me a i pod touch 4g and a phone. I would want an i phone since its a i pod and phone, but my parents are not willing to pay every month for it, it has to be pre paid. and i would want it to have a keyboard, camera, micro sd card slot, etc. but does are my main things. thanks
