Is it ok to use raw sugar to make jam?

I am thinking of making quince jam, quince jelly, quince paste, pear paste, fig paste and feijoa jelly. I have been given lots of raw sugar by a friend and was wondering if its ok to use raw sugar to make all or some of the above.
