"The ballerina diet" - does this seem like a good diet to you?
This is the diet that I am doing - it's called the "Ballerina diet" - here's what you get to eat - for breakfast - 1/3 pack nonfat cottage cheese. 2nd breakfast - bread and butter , a cup of coffee and a teaspoon of honey. Lunch - A tablespoon of cooked rice , drink one cup of broth and eat a piece of meat (not more than 150g. Snack - An apple or orange. Dinner - two hours before bedtime drink a glass of warm milk or yogurt with one teaspoon of honey. What do you think of this diet I am doing , does it sound like a good diet to you??
